A webinar that is interactive, fun, easily understood and relatable.
Hi, I'm Justin
(Licensed Psychotherapist & Polyvagal Nerd)
I've consistently found trauma presentations to be... well, traumatizing! My goal in teaching about trauma is for it to be easy to understand and actually enjoyable. And yes, I've succeeded in that for the past two years. You know from my podcast, Instagram and YouTube content that I can teach about trauma and the Polyvagal Theory. Now you can experience it yourself in Polyvagal 101, an interactive webinar experience.

Good for Polyvagal newbies & Stucknauts alike
If you're brand new to the Polyvagal Theory, this is made for you. If you're a Stucknaut veteran of the podcast, this is made for you. No, seriously.
For the newbie, it's the foundational pieces of understanding trauma and the Polyvagal Theory. For the Stucknaut that's ready for another level of teaching from me, it's a more interactional experience than you get on the podcast. Now you'll get the Polyvagal teachings along with image and video opportunities to self-reflect and discover more about yourself.
You will get:
a clear understanding of the Polyvagal Theory and how it relates to you
opportunity for Q&A with Justin during and after the event
access to a private group for attendees
access to the event recording and downloads
Q: Will I be able to see a replay of the webinar if I don't attend live?
A: Of course! Once I do some editing to it, I will upload the entire webinar to my site and you will have access to it. And not just for six months. As long as my website is up, you'll have access to it. And if my site ever came down one day, I'll have a backup plan ready for you. I want you to be able to use this is as your definitive Polyvagal educational resource for a long time.
Q: I can't afford it now, can I buy a replay on its own after Saturday?
A: Absolutely. I'll have the entire presentation available in an edited form for you to purchase after the fact. And you'll have access as long as the site is up and running. Unlike other webinars where you get a month to watch them. You're not renting access, you're buying it. (Price TBD)
Q: Will there be time for questions?
A: It's a jamp-packed webinar of three hours, but there should be time for a bit of questions during the 3 hours. I am also planning on being available after the main 3 hours for Q&A. General questions are okay, nothing personal will be addressed.
