Community Guidelines

These rules, norms and policies may be adjusted at any time by Justin Sunseri or other designated persons ("moderator"), without notice. Please ensure you are staying updated on these.

Respect one another

Everyone has a different point of view so feel free to respectfully disagree. Please be kind and courteous at all times.

Be respectful of others’ privacy

This group is not therapy nor group therapy, but respecting each others' privacy is an ethical norm I expect you to follow. It's about respect for your other peers in the group.

Do not share your trauma history or narrative

Sharing details of your traumatic experiences can be highly triggering to other members who are not expecting it. Do not share the incidents you have been through. This is also not a therapeutic group; these disclosures may be better reserved for therapeutic work you are engaged in outside of this discussion group.

No harassment of any kind

Bullying, targeting, or attacking a member of this group is not allowed and will not be tolerated. Moderator will use their discretion on what constitutes "harassment".

No sales or spam

No selling to or spamming other members is allowed in this group. Anyone who does so will be subject to immediate removal. Members should never be promoting their own services, content or products. Members should never be DM'ing with their services, content or products.

Non-therapy disclaimer

Being in this group does not establish a therapeutic relationship with Justin, nor a group therapy relationship with the other members of the group.

Violations of Group Rules, Norms & Policies

If moderator deems that members have violated any of the above, they may use their discretion as to their response. Moderator may give members a warning publicly or through DM. They may also ban members if the violation is severe enough. These decisions will be entirely discretionary, no matter the member's payment status. If a paying member is in violation and banned from the group and Coaching services, then they will be given a refund of the prorated amount of their payment against the remaining term of their payment.
