What did you think of episode 17? Tons of fun for me to talk with my pod-bestie, Mercedes. Besides that, I really enjoyed the opportunity to explore the ideas of changing state with simple everyday things: music, dance, breath, touch and so on. I think I relearned how important it is to first be mindful and approach your state with genuine curiosity, then use that curiosity to notice what's happening internally. Non judgmentally, of course.
