UDS is about relieving your stuck defensive state - your trauma. UDS teaches you how and guides you in being able to experience your traumatized state and actively climb your Polyvagal ladder. UDS is currently under development; lessons will be released as they are completed. $399 is temporary pricing. When the course is entirely complete, it will be $599.
